2. Eligibility and account registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend or close an account if information is inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or used in breach of these Terms.
Customers must be legally capable of entering into a contract. If a minor uses the website, a parent or legal guardian should supervise the use and accept responsibility for the transaction.
3. Products and handmade variations
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions, materials, and availability accurately. Handmade products may contain natural variations in colour, texture, grain, shape, brushwork, finish, or minor dimensions. These variations are characteristics of handmade products and are not defects unless the product is materially different from its description or damaged on delivery.
Product availability may change without notice. We may correct errors in descriptions, prices, or availability and may cancel an order affected by an obvious error, subject to applicable law.
For organic perfumes, customers should review the ingredients and any applicable warnings before use. Do not use a product if you have a known allergy or sensitivity. Stop using the product and seek appropriate medical advice if an adverse reaction occurs.
4. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) and may include or exclude applicable taxes as stated at checkout. Delivery charges and any applicable taxes will be shown before you submit your order.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is processed. We do not store complete payment-card details on our own systems; payment information is handled by the applicable payment provider under its terms and security practices.
We may refuse or cancel an order where payment is unsuccessful, fraud is suspected, the product is unavailable, or there is an obvious pricing or listing error. If we cancel a paid order, we will arrange a refund for the amount paid for that order, subject to applicable law.
5. Orders and order acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. The order confirmation email confirms that we received the order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfilment. An order is accepted when we notify you that it has been dispatched or otherwise confirm acceptance.
Please check your delivery address, product selection, quantity, and contact details before placing the order. Contact us as soon as possible if you identify an error. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after processing has started.
6. Shipping and delivery
We deliver to the locations shown at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed before payment. Our current shipping charge may be calculated as 10% of the eligible order value, unless a different charge is displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur because of courier issues, weather, public holidays, customs, incorrect address details, events beyond our reasonable control, or other causes outside our control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for being available to receive the order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before we resend it.
Please inspect the package promptly after delivery. If it appears damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the product before opening or handling it further, and contact us within 24 hours.
7. Returns and refunds
Subject to applicable law, eligible unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at support@svscs.in with the order number, product details, and reason for return.
To qualify for a return, the product should generally be:
- unused and in its original condition;
- safely packed in its original or suitable protective packaging;
- accompanied by proof of purchase; and
- returned using the instructions we provide.
The following may be non-returnable unless required by applicable law or the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied:
- personalised or made-to-order products;
- products altered or used by the customer;
- opened or used perfumes or other products where return is restricted for hygiene or safety reasons; and
- products damaged after delivery through misuse, neglect, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions.
We will assess the returned product and notify you whether the return is approved. If approved, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days after approval or after we receive and inspect the product, as applicable. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, damage before delivery, or another circumstance where applicable law requires reimbursement.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged before delivery, incorrectly supplied, or applicable law requires otherwise. We may deduct reasonable return or recovery costs only where permitted by law and clearly communicated to the customer.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
8. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us promptly at support@svscs.in with your order number and clear photographs or other requested information. We may offer a repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Customers must not attempt repairs, modifications, washing, chemical treatment, or other alterations before contacting us, unless necessary to prevent immediate further damage.
9. Product care and customer responsibility
Customers must follow all care, storage, handling, and safety instructions supplied with the product or displayed on the website.
